When continuity and immediate action in the care for your (second)home are important features for you, than you should sign up for a contract. Hesters Property Care will make an inventory  of all your whishes, talk them through with you, will make a time schedule and inform you about the costs. There will be an complete mutual agreement in advance about the sort of jobs done,  about the frequency, the duration and the costs of the visits.

By signing up for a contract you can be sure that the agreements will be met and action is only being taken whenever yóu like and hów you like.

Before setting up an agreement Hesters Property Care will arrange a meeting with you, of course without any obligation. Only when you are completely happy an contract will be set up. 

In fact the contract is for free, because the money you pay in advance is travel-costs.  On top of this you’ll pay an hourly rate, depending on the duration of the work and the kind of task.

Hesters Property Care will send you every month or every quarter a specified bill.
