Hesters Property Care is set up by Hester Lensink.

For several years Hester has been the owner of a second home in France and now of one in Berzie, in the North of Italy. Therefore she is well aware of the problems, the worries and the needs that come with owning a second-home. But she knows also what a relief it can be to have someone in the neighbourhood whom you can completely trust and rely upon and who is regularly checking up for you on your property.

Hester can advise and support you in the worries and needs that accompany a second-home, but she can also assist you in all other aspects concerning your (second-)home or property.

Hester has a degree in art-history and is an accredited furniture restorer. She has been working in the conservation and restoration of art for almost 15 years, so if you need any advice or action concerning your (more or less) valuable furniture and household effects you can also call upon her.

Hester speaks French, Italian, English, German and Dutch so if you need any assistance with local contacts or authoroties you can call in Hesters Property Care to help you with negotiations, purchases, assignments etc.

Hester is the sole propriator of Hesters Property Care, but if necessary she can call upon her network of local tradesmen and other contacts. And whenever you have a whish she can’t answer directly, she will try to find the answer for you.
